Yay! Selected by a jury of Microsoft executives and venture capitalists, since March this year we have become one of the ten international tech startups from the current Batch Week of Microsoft ScaleUp held in Berlin. Microsoft, the world’s largest software manufacturer, promotes the growth of established startups through its ScaleUp program and supports them in technology, sales and marketing activities.
Unique growth opportunities
In the framework of this four-month batch program, we will continue to develop our growth strategy alongside experienced coaches. With first-class workshops and training, Microsoft ScaleUp will be supporting us in better adapting our offer to the needs of our blackbee customers and elevating Webdata Solutions upwards to the next level. The highlight of the program is the Corporate Access Event, at which we can pitch our blackbee technology in front of large companies from the Microsoft network.
Networking, inspiration, innovation
Microsoft has been working together with founders for many years. The long-term goal is a digitisation that opens up new opportunities for everyone on the basis of security and progress. Investments are, of course, necessary for this. Over the next two years, Microsoft will be providing $500 million worldwide as part of its “Microsoft for Startups” campaign to support emerging companies. At the core of these initiatives are networking, inspiration and innovation.
Microsoft is supported in the implementation of its initiatives by selected accelerators, incubators and venture capital companies.
From founder to entrepreneur
One of the Microsoft support programs is Microsoft ScaleUp. Mature startups are intensively promoted here and thus have the opportunity to scale-up their business and their technology. Specifically, ScaleUp simplifies access to the exclusive Microsoft customer and partner network and thus makes faster sales success possible. In this intensive program, startups also learn from experienced executives, sales managers and industry experts, as well as understanding more about developing a sustainable corporate culture and scaling of growth globally. Even after the end of program participation, the young companies will remain part of a network of more than 730 alumni, which offers mutual support, networking opportunities and permanent access to Microsoft industry and customer events.
The program takes place at eight locations worldwide, namely Bangalore, Berlin, London, Beijing, Seattle, Shanghai, Sydney and Tel Aviv.
We are proud to be part of this strong program and look forward to benefiting from the advantages of intensive workshops and training with various negotiation professionals, sales strategists and talent development experts.
